Over the years, I’ve built a strong foundation in customer service, operations, and management, gaining experience in various roles across different industries. From managing a café to providing technical support and resolving customer inquiries, I’ve had the opportunity to hone my leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

I began my career as a Data Entry Agent, where I learned the value of accuracy and attention to detail in managing data. This role helped me develop a keen eye for precision, which has been invaluable throughout my career. From there, I transitioned into a Café Manager and Lead Barista at De Venezia Café, a role that allowed me to combine my passion for customer service with leadership. Managing a team and ensuring every customer had a positive experience was incredibly fulfilling and helped sharpen my organizational and managerial skills.

Next, I worked at a Logistics Company, handling both technical and customer service responsibilities. This experience was crucial in expanding my technical abilities, as I troubleshot issues and ensured that export processes ran smoothly. It also deepened my understanding of how effective communication plays a vital role in customer satisfaction.

I also worked as a Territory Specialist in real estate, where I helped clients find the perfect property. This role was essential in strengthening my negotiation skills and improving my ability to build strong client relationships, ensuring their needs were met and exceeded.

Most recently, I’ve been providing live chat support for an eCommerce company. In this role, I ensure that customers’ inquiries and concerns are addressed in real-time, delivering solutions that enhance their experience and build trust in the company’s services.
