Munirah Maulid Ally

My name is Munirah Maulid, and I bring a mix of experience, creativity, and genuine passion for people and progress to every role I take on.

Over the past few years, I've worked in different industries—AI, content creation, customer support, sales, and brand development—and each one has helped shape the person and professional I am today. At Tech Mahindra, I worked on the Google Gemini project as an AI expert, supporting over 250 team members from all walks of life and languages. I learned how to lead with empathy, adapt quickly, and solve problems before they grew big. Whether it was analyzing patterns in data, writing help articles, or keeping communication flowing smoothly across departments, I found purpose in making things better for everyone.

Before that, I worked as a Content Creator and Data Analyst, creating content that made sense to people and turning raw data into insights that helped teams improve. I enjoyed bridging the gap between numbers and real human stories, always looking for ways to make information clearer and more useful.

One of the roles I truly loved was as a Brand Ambassador for Fluid Finance and Crypto Bootcamp. I planned events like Bitcoin Pizza Day, grew online communities, and helped people learn the basics of cryptocurrency in fun and simple ways. It was all about connecting, educating, and creating a sense of belonging.

Earlier in my journey, I spent seven years as a Sales and Customer Relations Executive at Ganguly and Sons, helping export thousands of tonnes of Tanzanian produce—cashews, sesame seeds, and more—to India. That experience taught me the importance of relationships, reliability, and keeping calm when handling big responsibilities.

I speak both English and Swahili fluently, and I’ve also worked as a translator, helping people connect across cultures and languages. I’m flexible, dependable, and always ready to learn something new.

What drives me most is seeing growth—in people, in teams, and in myself. I’m excited to bring my energy, experience, and heart into your company and contribute in a way that truly matters
