● Experience in Cable systems (CAT5, CAT6, Fiber), Structured Cabling, Racking, Fiber deployment planning, fusion.

● Working experience of configuration of switches/routers through CLI interface.

● Experience interfacing directly with customers in an operations capacity.

● Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

● Ability to work efficiently and independently in high stress situations.

● Server: Web, Email, DNS, DHCP, VPN, FTP, ERP and Database

● Structural planning/SOP’s for ERP, POS and other Management software.

● Network Protocols: TCP/IP, IPv4, BGP, MPLS, EIGRP, RIPv2, and OSPF

● Routers/Switches: Cisco 1800 router, Mikrotik, SANGFOR, TP link, Dlink, BayLAN, Siemens, ZyXEL, Green Packet, Tenda, etc.…

● Good Command on MS Office 2016 and later versions.

● Network Management tools: (Orion) Solar Wind, MRTG, PRTG, Cacti and Wireshark
