Currently, I lead QA initiatives on a $25M Medicaid provider application, where I manage end-to-end testing processes aligned with Federal government standards across multiple U.S. states. I direct a diverse team of 20+ QA professionals—including automation and performance engineers—and oversee UAT, E2E, and pre-production testing. My leadership ensures system readiness and successful go-live milestones. A key component of my work involves integrating AI and machine learning tools into testing pipelines, driving innovation, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Previously, I held senior consulting roles supporting financial and public sector clients, including large banks and health organizations. I led QA teams through complex transformations, implemented data governance strategies, conducted gap analyses, and drove the creation of automated and manual test cases across UI, backend, and database layers. I’m well-versed in agile and waterfall methodologies, and have used industry-standard tools like HP ALM, JIRA, Azure DevOps, JAMA, Selenium, and SOAPUI.

I hold a Master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s in Computure Engineering. This academic foundation strengthens my ability to blend technical knowledge with strategic oversight and stakeholder collaboration. I have AI certification as well.
