Led the team of IT Support Services and IT Service Desk, with the main objective being to provide IT Support to the end users. In addition, I also lead the team of the IT Service Desk, where the main objective is to provide First Call Resolution to the end users. In the First Call Resolution, the team is supposed to provide IT solutions (e.g. Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, etc ) support to the end users.

I am a customer-focused person with strong follow-up on their queries while staying vigilant on the emails received to the service desk.

I am also involved in the budgeting of the IT department with extensive experience in working on Excel Sheets and formulas.

I am well versed in the procurement process, I am responsible for writing the Request for Proposal documents that need to be floated in the market to the respective vendors, after receiving the proposals from the vendors, a technical evaluation of the proposals is to be done by myself and the team.

I am also responsible for the management of Incidents and Requests related to the IT department of the organization, in addition, I am also involved in streamlining the Service Catalogue of the company.

I have worked with the close coordination of the Quality Assurance department to design the process of the Continuous Improvement Cycle.
