I recently stepped down from my role as Manager of Human Resources, where I was responsible for overseeing the HR department and implementing policies and procedures to support the company's overall goals and objectives. My expertise in dealing with labor department, social security compliances and EOBI matters have been a valuable asset to the company. Despite leaving the HR role, my expertise in these areas is still being utilized by the company and I am often called upon to provide assistance and guidance in these areas.

The company's decision to relocate the Head Office to another city in Pakistan necessitated my transition to a new role within the organization. I am now only serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and managing the travel and air charter business as well.

Prior to my current role, I served as a Training Advisor and Customer Service Representative for five years at Al-Etimad Modern Solutions Co., a subsidiary of VFS Global, where I was responsible for providing training and customer service support to the UK Mission in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. My responsibilities in this role included conducting training sessions for staff, providing guidance and support to customers, and addressing any issues or concerns that arose. Through this experience, I gained a thorough understanding of customer service best practices and the importance of effective communication in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
