I’m a seasoned Data Analyst and Excel Automation Specialist with over 12 years of experience in the logistics and SaaS industries. My journey began at ShipXpress, which was later acquired by Wabtec and then Kaleris. Over the years, I advanced from a Data Analyst role to managing a remote team of 12 data support specialists. Much of my work has focused on U.S. railroad shipment data, where I’ve helped clients accurately track and manage freight information.

My expertise lies in Microsoft Excel, where I’ve mastered advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting, and VBA macros. I use these tools to automate repetitive tasks, eliminate manual errors, and build scalable reporting dashboards that support better decision-making across technical and non-technical teams. This has consistently led to faster turnaround times, improved data integrity, and increased operational efficiency.

Beyond Excel, I have strong hands-on experience in data cleansing, migration, and integration—especially when dealing with complex data from multiple sources like railroads, ERP systems, and third-party providers such as Railinc. My deep understanding of logistics workflows, data governance, and quality assurance has made me a reliable asset in data-driven operations where accuracy and timeliness are critical.

I’ve also collaborated with global teams across time zones, working remotely for several years. I’m known for being organized, deadline-oriented, and highly communicative—ensuring that stakeholders are always informed and supported throughout a project.
