Msizi Harrison Dube

I perform collections of overdue office agreements in the division of business to business collections and currently managing a collections portfolio with a book value of over $2M.

Daily tasks include making calls and generating collections emails and working through my portfolio to identify accounts that either need to be written off, escalated or handed over.

For me success is being able to maintain my health and finances, I aspire to be financially independent.

My aim is to learn as much as possible so as to be able to climb the corporate ladder and one day be a leader of the company that I started with as a junior and assume one of the c-suite roles.

I believe in my strength as an innovator and problem solver but I do realise that to meet my goals, I have to acquire as much learning as possible in order to be a well rounded leader and lead teams with both honesty and integrity.
