ServiceNow Integration
• Workforce Management (WFM) Report Automation: Led the automation of 232 distinct WFM
reports, significantly reducing manual effort and improving reporting efficiency. Utilized Automation
Anywhere bots, orchestrated by Power Automate flows, to automate the entire reporting lifecycle,
