During my 3 years at Capgemini, I managed end to end resource planning for multiple competencies.I was responsible for monitoring utilization rates and working closely with project managers and department leads to forecast staffing needs and avoid resource conflicts.
At EY, where I have spent paat year, I’ve continued to deepen my expertise in resource coordination, with a strong focus on reporting and real time scheduling. I developed and maintained dashboards to track team availability, workload distribution and performance KPIs, enabling leadership to make informed decisions quickly. My role also involved identifying resourcing gaps and reallocating team members to maintain productivity while meeting tight deadlines.
