Real Estate Lead Generation: Cold calling leads to generating
leads for the realtor or real-estate company were; I had to call
homeowner and get information about detail of home, if they have
loans pendent, liens and were they would go after selling their
home, work with investors where I had to collect information on
homes being sold by homer owner and set a phone appointments
or a f2f appt.
Done short sales were homes were getting foreclosure and the
company would offer them to buy and stay within the home for 3
months till they find a place to go. Have done 1031 exchange

2017-I have built two call centers where I had to recruit agents and
train them according to the campaign, I have recruited agents to
work from home and in-house centers. Set up meetings with
clients and agents but Ads for a job posting and interviewing the
agent, were they can fit the job requirement that the client is
looking for in sales, live transfer, cx, and lead generation-
Cold call for Real estate investors, calling distress homes
pre-foreclosure and finding out if they would consider an offer for
the home gather info and fill in Podia. Making 400-500 calls a day to
find some Gold.

Made calls thru Xen-call and manage the team to get good qualify
leads and manage the dialer and help if anything with Podia
worked from 10 am to 6pm Nicaragua time which was from 12-8pm
EST time helped the team to find address names and phone
numbers and also price of home in Zillow ,I had to report how
many calls were made and leads HOT ,COLD or WARM leads to my
boss, If it was a good day we would make about 15 leads or more.
