I have experience as a Customer Support Agent. During my previous role at Airbnb, I was responsible for answering customer concerns via calls, email, and chat. I gained experience in resolving multiple problems while promoting customer satisfaction and quality resolutions.

Also, I have experience as a Data analyst virtual assistant at eMarketing Concepts EMC for 2 years. I handled the company’s online presence – regularly updated the company’s spreadsheet I gather data such as talk time, number of calls, number of sales, and Hubstaff activity percentage of our sales agents. I do the business proposal in PDF format. Doing SEO scan reports for our clients. Capable of using CRM tools like Timedoctor, Vonage, Phoneburner and, Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
