I am a results-driven and delivery-focused project support professional with a solid background in supporting complex programmes across both public and private sectors. What drives me is building clarity in chaos bringing structure, focus, and consistency to fast-paced environments where delivery matters.

In my current role as an Assistant Programme Manager, I support the delivery of estates projects at scale, contributing to every phase of the programme lifecycle. I maintain and manage RAID logs, support resource planning, monitor risks and milestones, and facilitate coordination between project managers, contractors, and internal teams. One of my proudest contributions has been designing a custom-built Excel tracker that consolidates live project data, status updates, and responsibilities across multiple stakeholders. This tool has become a go-to dashboard for senior leaders who need project insights at a glance—and I take pride in knowing I created something that adds real value and saves time.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked on programmes where the stakes are high exams that must run nationally, systems that need to be rolled out without failure, and services that impact people directly. Whether coordinating logistics, updating action trackers, supporting change events, or managing contractor queries, I always aim to deliver with precision, purpose, and professionalism.

What sets me apart is my ability to see both the big picture and the small details. I don’t just update trackers I understand what those updates mean, how they affect delivery, and who needs to know. I’m naturally analytical, emotionally intelligent, and calm under pressure. I’ve worked with stakeholders at all levels from commercial leads and programme managers to policy teams and external partners building trust through clear communication, reliability, and a solutions-focused approach.

I am certified in PRINCE2 and a Certified Scrum Master, with practical experience in applying these methodologies in real-world settings. My academic background in Real Estate Management aligns well with my current estates programme focus, and my foundation in Human Resource Practices strengthens my people-first approach to team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
