I have 3 years of experience in Customer Service industry assisting U.S. based clients and customers. Most of my experience were from Telecommunications companies in U.S. I've also worked as an e-mail support representative for a seasonal account based in China and U.S.
What I can provide is phone support, ticket, e-mail support and sometimes I do technical support assistance too. I can manage aggravated and irate customers and can turn the call into a much lighter business transaction. Throughout the years of my experience as a Customer Service Representative, I have learned so many skills that makes my work load easier. I can do multi-tasking with my tools and at the same time provide an accurate and complete information about the customer's concern. In this work, I've learned how to be patient and attentive to my customers and to promote positive attitude towards my colleague. I am willing to learn more and open to changes.
