After finishing my degree, my main mission has been taking on roles in which I can provide
structure, aid and organisation for people/companies. Within these roles I have consistently
proven my ability to meet and exceed deadlines as well as taking on new and exciting projects
that lead to gaining new skills and improving on other skills. The constant need to problem solve
in different areas within these roles shows that I am about to prioritise well and ensure that goals

This role was my introduction to how designing and implementing processes and
organisation into a business is pivotal to achieve the goals they have. It was an incredible
opportunity to improve administrative skills within multiple areas and improve the quality
of communication the business had with the wider public. My proudest achievement in this
role was increasing the bar’s revenue (which was one of their major goals) by 50% within
the first three months. This role taught me how to take the knowledge I had gained in my
degree and in previous front of house roles and use this to create streamlined systems for
the business to achieve their goals.
