My last job was at Stay Well Hotel Rewards, where I handled more than 20 global hotels, including those in Australia, Dubai, Singapore, the UK, the US, and India. I am responsible for assisting members with points redemption, account updates, and other program-related transactions via chat, email, and calls. I am also responsible for resolving member issues related to points accumulation, account access, and program rules to ensure members' satisfaction.
