●  I am  Mona Liza Rabia Meily. I was born in Tripoli Libya but raised in the Philippines in small town city of Batangas. I took up Customs Administration when I was in college I am also adventurous type of person and like learning new things,That’s why I love travelling so much I enjoy and also learning different culture and meeting new people.Well in fact, making friends is my one best skill.I am very good in adopting in a new environment and new situation//And now, Let’s talk about my working experienced I started off my career as a Administration Coordinator at Department of Justice for 3yrs. By then, I got a great opportunity in Dubai overall 6yrs  solid experience in Administration at ING Investment Management Middle East. As a Receptionist, then I move up to Personal Assistant of the CEO, where I perform full-cycle of administration duties, travel and expense claims such as Flights and hotel accommodation for business trips, I do Month-end close procedure and assisted budgeting in travel expense on monthly basis. In that role, a major accomplishment I’m most proud of that I was able to reduce the time spent on month-end procedure by developing an Excel model which automated a major administration process This resulted in a time savings of approximately 3 days per month After 8yrs in Dubai. I went back to the Philippines I work as Customer Service Representative at Alorica. A span of 8 month, My role,  is answering or making calls to clients to learn about to address their needs, complaints, or other issues with product or services. Responding efficiently, accurately and explaining possible solutions to ensure that clients feel supported and valued. I have to admit, working in sales is very challenging

●  My style and technique is you have to maintained strong customer relations as I observed, the customers don’t expect to be perfect, but they do expect you to fix things when they go wrong.

My accomplishment I was able to give customers satisfaction,and my skills and knowledge that I have is the key asset to get 100% rate to my team.
