ABOUT ME
I developed love for research and writing,
although I do these for personal use and not
professionally, I still give it my all. My long
years of employment were in the customer
service environment, but I knew that I
belonged in the Public Relations and
Communications space. This is proven by the
quality of report writing and communique
which I produced in my various positions.
The stakeholder environment was my
breakthrough and I demonstrated a number of
skills i.e. negotiation, public speaking,
conflict resolution and quality leadership.
These skills are my strengths.

DUTIES
Prepare and implement stakeholder
strategy for the Executive Mayor.
Ensure that Mayoral events are well
planned and executed.
Plan and execute Mayoral events with
Group Communications team.
Do environment scanning prior to an
event with JMPD.
Liaise with ward councillors and
community groups on all stakeholder
activities.
Attend Regional Service Delivery
meetings, Councillor Forums, IDP

matters on behalf of the Exec Mayor.
Acknowledge, respond and refer all
matters marked for the attention of
the Exec Mayor.
Follow up on all matters seeking the

Executive Mayor.
Assist the stakeholder team with
performance management processes.
Ensure all performance management
queries received on behalf of the
Director (as captured by M&E
department) are attended to.
Consolidate monthly reports
