• Developing social, editorial and online content for various platforms and ensuring it is regular, relevant and engaging
• Writing engaging copy for use on relevant social media platforms
• Editing and proof-reading all copy prior to print or online publishing
• Monitoring the success of social media and various social communities in terms of the overall marketing strategy
• Conducting online research to ensure the growth of the brand month-on-month
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to relay customer feedback insights gained from online conversations within the community
• Responsible for all social media marketing including research, creation, management, and growth of the company’s presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online platforms.
