i've been working for IT Corporation since 2011 and i have the skills can handle IT related issues. experienced in both Google(Gsuite) and Microsoft(MSOffice365) as Admin environment. have a maximum tolerance handling issue(Troubleshooting, work around, solution and complete issues). Basic knowledge in AWS. most of the ticketing system that we are using Jira and Service now, Communication platform MSTeams, Slack, Skype, and Hangouts.
