Currently i am working as a SAP Success Factors Consultant at IT Champs, I have been actively involved in various aspects of SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Recruitment, and On-boarding 2.0. My achievements include successful end-to-end implementation of Recruitment and ONB 2.0, as well as providing support for SAP SF EC, RCM, and ONB2.0. I am proud to hold global certifications in SuccessFactors EC, RCM, and Boarding 2.0, along with being Codbot bronze level certified.

During my tenure at Tech Mahindra, I demonstrated my ability to provide top-notch consulting services to clients such as SAP. I resolved procedural issues efficiently, shared best practices, and collaborated with global peers to ensure timely issue resolution. My technical acumen and problem-solving skills were instrumental in delivering high-quality solutions.

Additionally, my experience at Quess Corp and Team Lease involved active participation in end-to-end activities and client coordination. I successfully gathered requirements, created custom templates, configured workflows, and managed various aspects of EC, RCM, and ONB 2.0 support. My responsibilities also included UAT testing, performance testing, and maintaining agile delivery methods.

I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Human Resources, and I am well-versed in various SAP modules, including SAP ECC 6.0, SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment, and Onboarding. I am proficient in using tools such as MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and have experience with platforms like Moodle, SharePoint, LMS, Jira, ALM, and SAP Solman.
