Founder & Coach
• Founded a start-up, WAVE Global in Dallas (USA) focused on addressing early childhood education needs
in the US and India. Conducted a one-year pilot in a municipal school in Pune to validate the effectiveness
and provide higher learning opportunities for marginalized communities.
• Successfully executed workshops for approx. 3000 students and several dozen teachers in 10 US cities and
3 Indian cities, creating a respectable brand.
• Endorsements by the Mayor of Frisco (Dallas area, USA), US congressman from Silicon Valley –
California and school superintendents in Texas and Oklahoma for demonstrating improvement in learning
outcomes leading to federal grant opportunities for charter and public schools.
• Partnered with non-profit organizations in the US to offer educational outreach programs for marginal
communities, improving their chances to graduate from high school and continue a college education.
• Authored a book, “Awaken Your Magical Genius” aimed at providing guidance the on holistic skill
development of youth. The book is now used as a teaching aid a in few charter schools in the US.

Strategic Services Division – Asset Development Professional / Continuous Improvement Engineer
• Led the effort to re-engineer key business processes - Asset Development & Program Execution Process,
that facilitates exploration and production of oil & gas. The annual capital budget for asset development
across North American assets was between USD 2.5 to 5 billion. Re-engineered business processes enabled
savings equivalent to approx. 5% to 7% of the annual budget.
• Led the process design and deployment of SAP-PPM, PS and FICO integration as part of the enterprisewide SAP implementation program. Seamless integration of business processes on the ERP platform
improved productivity by 7% to 10%, improving proportionate bottom line margin.
• Hired subject matter experts from oil field technology services companies to support operational excellence
programs, improving operating margins by at least 3% to 5% of the budget.
• Managed USD 20 million budget to deploy Decision Support Centers (DSC) in all regions of the North
Texas Business Unit resulting in savings of approx. USD 110 million (approx. 5% of the annual budget).
• Authored a white paper capturing the learnings from the DSC program. The paper served as a learning
resource to train staff on the use of technology to improve cash flow, profitability and field staff skills.
