I am a quick learner with more positivity

I'm Mohan from Coimbatore, Tamilnadu India. I completed my Graduation in BE Computer science and engineering from RVS engineering college

In my previous company, I worked as a customer support executive where I handled calls from customers and 

solve their issues in the call and sometimes followed up with them for unresolved issues.

The overall experience of 3 years and 10 months in the BPO industry in which I worked for both voice and nonvoice processes

I would say my best work experience was in RND softech company healthcare process.

My roles were Handling the international calls for sleep problems. Conversation with patients, calling insurance companies for verification and authorization process, etc.

And coming to the nonvoice experience. I was into web researching and lead generation. More of a data management in excel.

Have experience in data entry and can type faster than many.

My hobbies are going for walk, running and browsing the internet, etc.
