I have over 5 years of work experience in the field of social and economic research and evaluations, Resettlement and Community /stakeholder Engagement and communication for Projects. I have participated in a number of research and evaluative studies. Notably among the studies are Parental and Learner Choice in Basic Education across Ghana’s Three Northern Regions (Dec. 2017), Collection and Analysis of Most Significant Change (MSC) stories (Feb.2017-March 2018) for UNICEF Ghana, Ghana MADE Independent Evaluation Data collection Wave 2 (February 2017) for WYG, UNICEF Independent Operational Assessment of the Ghana School Feeding Programme (April 2016), Ghana MADE Independent Evaluation Data collection Wave 1 (February 2016) where I was the field team leader for the Northern Region team. I was also an Assistant Team Leader and a field enumerator during the World Bank-funded Impact Assessment of the Untrained Teacher Diploma in Basic Education (UTDBE) programme which had a baseline, mid-term and end-line surveys. More so, I served as a Research Assistant to the External Evaluator on Education during the World Food Programme Mid-Term Operations Evaluation- Ghana Country Programme. I am conversant with both quantitative and qualitative data collection approaches and analysis as well as monitoring and evaluation techniques.
