Myself Mohammed Abdul Gaffar. I was born and raised in Hyderabad, India. I recently completed my MBA from Osmania University in 2024.
I began my professional journey in 2021 while I was in the second year of my undergraduate degree. Balancing both academics and work was challenging, but I successfully managed both. I have a total of 3.5 years of professional experience, which includes 1.5 years as a Customer Service Associate and 2 years in Quality Assurance.
I consider myself a quick learner, an effective communicator, confident, and a positive-minded individual. My current responsibilities include conducting quality checks, providing feedback to agents on incorrectly audited interactions, and engaging with clients and stakeholders for process improvement initiatives.
I also analyze business trends and offer actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making. In addition, I contribute to process development by planning and implementing new ideas, participating in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, and providing guidance to junior team members while also managing the team.
