Mohammad Rafi

I am a Graduate in Management "MBA" and have more than twelve years of professional experience, have worked with different businesses and in various roles with several departments with renowned organizations. 

I have a broad range of skill sets including procurement, logistics, administration, customer relationship management, marketing, and financial management, which I developed over my professional journey.

Currently, I am working on proposal writing and fundraising for running a small school " LEAP the Village School" an educational institute in the remotest area of Jammu and Kashmir "Bhandoga Doda", LEAP aims at spreading consciousness about education in the village and exposing the villagers to the modern world. LEAP The Village School intends simply to make education accessible to inaccessible.

with reference to the qualifications, I have extensive knowledge and experience in secretarial and administrative positions with increasing levels of responsibility.

Broad experience in handling projects, conducting training seminars, workshops, and managing events.

Multilingual -English, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Kashmiri, and local languages of Jammu and Kashmir.

in addition to my experience, I have strong communication and organizational skills with an ability to work independently and within a team environment. meet deadlines understand my responsibilities and accountability.

apart from the work experiences, I have had many chances to volunteer for various causes, such as uplifting the communities and eradicating poverty through different pieces of training and seminars, where I enhanced my capabilities to organize events and take responsibility for managing events. Also volunteered in community relief efforts in response to the September 2014 floods in Kashmir.
