In 2013, I started my career in Convergys Alabang as a Customer service representative for customers of DIRECTV, a cable company in the US, and I was with them for 3 years. In this company, I had experiences in assisting customers with their bill inquiries and technical issues via inbound and outbound voice calls, live chat and email support.
In 2017, I got hired in Convergys Davao as a Customer service representative for customers of Cricket, a prepaid mobile phone company in the US, and I was with them for over 2 years. In this company I had experiences in assisting customers with their bill inquiries and technical issues via inbound and outbound voice calls and live chat.
Last year, I decided to do Work from home and I worked with Unifiedsols LLC, an IT Services company providing technical assistance online globally, as a Virtual Assistant and I was with them for over a year. My responsibilities included Customer Service via email and chat, Email Management, Data Entry, and CRM Management.
I have over 6 years of experience assisting customers over the phone, live chat and email. With that experience, I have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have used a lot of online work tools. I like to challenge myself. I like to learn - so I like to try new things and try to keep growing.
