Hello I am Mohamed, a man of multiple talent. I can offer experienced level help be it customer support or full stack programming (MERN). In my role as Customer Support, I place great importance on the quality of human interaction. I strive to actively listen to each customer, understand their needs, and provide them with a clear, rapid, and appropriate response. I always ensure smooth communication between the customer and the various internal teams. I have been a contributor support for more than 5 years now, in a American based company with a critical focus on customer relations. As a MERN Full Stack Developer, I enjoy building complete web applications, from the front-end to the database. I'm proficient in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js, and I always strive to code in a clean, structured, and efficient manner. I regularly monitor development practices to stay up-to-date on the latest development practices. Programming has been a hobby of mine since my university period, I solo developped about two web pages since then, but now i want to turn this passion as a income provider.
