Customer Service and Administrative Support is my passion. When it comes to work I'm driven and dedicated to finish tasks. My mission is to help Business Owners, CEO's, Managers freeing their time in order to allow the business to grow and bring it to the next level. 

My greatest strength is my ability to work in a highly organized manner. I like to plan my strategy from start to finish making sure to anticipate any roadblocks that I may encounter along the way.

Through my experience in Customer Service for almost 2 years, I perfected my skills in customer engagement, management relations and on how to work in a team effectively. I pride myself for following through and meeting client's expectations when it comes to providing excellent service.

Currently, I undergo freelancing course training in order to be efficient with different virtual assistance services. Although, I'm barely new to freelancing world I am confident that I can deliver because of my perseverance and strong interest in the field.
