Mitchelyn Sio

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology major in Internet Science. The last job that I was into was a Secretary to the F & B Director of Intercontinental Hotel Group of Company in Al-Jubail, KSA. I do administrative duties and does outgoing calls, receiving incoming calls and emails from our clients who would like to make a restaurant reservation. I do have knowledge on different software namely, MS Office, basic knowledge of WordPress, canvas, glip, HTML, Photoshop, macro on Excel, eBay, experienced on customer service, hotel reservation and email handling. I am a quick learner. I may not know at first on that software but with samples on youtube and reading of a particular software on how to use it, I can assure that I will be able to make it eventually. I have passion on dealing clients with different walks of life. It is really my passion on helping others as has been taught by my grandaunt.
