In my previous role as the Director of Operations at Shine Supply, I have honed my skills in orchestrating comprehensive logistics management and spearheading purchasing and inventory strategies to optimize efficiency.  My leadership has facilitated seamless operations across warehouse management, shipping logistics, and retail operations, consistently meeting company objectives while ensuring meticulous attention to detail in accounts payable and receivable processes.  

As the Owner/Consultant at MK Hospitality, I provided strategic guidance and operational support to franchisees and owners of prominent brands, including Bubbie’s Pickles, Sky Zone, and Dunkin Donuts. My tenure involved developing menus, recipes, and operational procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability. Additionally, I led international travel for menu research and vendor exploration, resulting in the successful development of a shelf-stable natural foods line.  

At Santa Monica Amusements LLC, as the Director of Food & Beverage and Purchasing, I directed all purchasing activities and developed new menu items, leading to a substantial revenue increase. Through strategic cost-saving initiatives and vendor negotiations, I improved EBITDA to $3.4 million and managed operations for multiple units, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency.  

My tenure as the Senior Director of Operations at Koo Koo Roo Restaurants equipped me with invaluable experience in overseeing a substantial revenue budget and providing leadership to many units and General Managers. I successfully reversed negative comp sales trends, improved profitability through purchasing initiatives, and implemented training programs to enhance staff performance and customer service.  

With a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Business Management from Purdue University, I
