• Successfully interpreted handwritten scanned pdf files and entering it in templates
• Finding and locating Australian name using whitepages.com.au
• Successfully gathered data from listsource.com with their specific postcodes and record it in Excel
• Successfully transferred over 2000 of data from one site to a new site
• Successfully entered General Practitioner from the website healtpoint.co.nz and enter it in Cliniko accounts, fields like Medical Center / Office Name, GP Name, Phone Number for GP and Medical Center, Email Address for GP and Medical Center, Medical Center Address and Website for Medical Center / Office where available
• Successfully collected Email, Phone Number and Website for the people in the spreadsheet. To find the addition fields, search the Company Name in Google, go to the website and find the phone number for the company/schools and the email address for the related person in the spreadsheet. Enter the phone number, email address and website URL into the spreadsheet.
• Successfully recorded categories and sub categories from website into Excel
• Successfully transferred ~100 pdf files to Excel accurately and precisely
• Successfully extracted 580 mailing address from word doc and pdf and the data are successfully sorted into columns like name, street address, city, state, and zip code.
