With over 12 years of experience in Learning and Development, Client Success, and Customer Relations, I’ve cultivated a passion for driving organizational growth and building strong client relationships. My career has focused on empowering individuals and teams through effective training programs while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and successful project outcomes.

I began my career in Learning and Development, eventually advancing to Senior Training Manager. In this role, I was responsible for designing and implementing training initiatives that enhanced employee performance and productivity. My deep knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and technology-enabled me to create impactful programs that aligned with organizational goals. I led cross-functional teams and focused on fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

In addition to my training experience, I transitioned into Client Success and Customer Relations, where I built and maintained strong relationships with clients. I worked closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provided tailored solutions that drove satisfaction, retention, and long-term success. My approach was centered around clear communication, setting expectations, and delivering results that exceeded client goals. This customer-centric mindset helped me establish a track record of successful partnerships and repeat business.

More recently, I embraced a remote work lifestyle and transitioned to project management. This new chapter allowed me to leverage my leadership, organizational, and communication skills in managing multiple projects across diverse teams. As a project manager, I am responsible for ensuring successful project execution, timely deliverables, and seamless coordination among stakeholders, often working across different time zones. I thrive in remote environments, leveraging digital tools to drive collaboration, streamline processes, and deliver results.

Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated adaptability, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. My experience in Learning and Development, Client Success, and project management enables me to approach challenges from multiple perspectives, ensuring the successful execution of both people development initiatives and client-driven projects.
