I've been working in a BPO industry for more than 8 years now. My rich and fun-filled experiences enable me to develop multi skills that are very helpful with the jobs that I am doing.

I had 4 years working experience as a technician over the phone and been handling devices from routers to adapters to printers.

From 2012 to present, my focus is more on sales. I've been doing inbound and outbound calls. Our clients are from Canada and North America. I am familiar with CRM and data extraction with my current job.

For more than 8 years, giving customer satisfaction and providing the best resolution to their concerns is something that I am proud to do and will be doing.

Interpersonal skills are what I've got. Dealing with other people and working with them is what I enjoyed most. I love challenges. I find it exciting to look for best possible solutions and recommendations.

I don't have problems adapting to new environment. I learn fast. I can easily learn from my mistakes. I love to challenge myself so I can bring out the best in me.
