Over the past 20 years, I’ve provided IT support and systems administration for the Social Development Foundation, a national organization in Bangladesh with over 2,000 employees and multiple World Bank-funded projects. In my current role as Deputy Manager, IT, I lead initiatives to diagnose and resolve server and LAN issues, implement system security protocols, and train users across departments. This work has required
a high level of precision, consistency, and documentation—skills directly applicable to
data annotation and quality assurance.
Throughout my tenure, I’ve consistently worked with structured data, managed system configurations, and supported application redesigns, which has given me a strong foundation in understanding how data integrity impacts system performance. My experience training users and supervising technical support teams has also sharpened my ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy under pressure.
While I have not formally held a data annotation role, my background in IT operations, troubleshooting, and documentation equips me to quickly adapt to annotation tools and workflows. I bring a strong command of English, a reliable remote work setup, and a proven ability to deliver on time in distributed team environments.
I’m excited by the opportunity to apply my linguistic and analytical skills to help shape the next generation of AI systems. I welcome the chance to contribute to your mission and would be glad to discuss how my experience aligns with your current projects.
