Milka Maina

Dear Employer,

My name is Milka Maina, and I live in Nairobi, Kenya. I enjoy socializing, but I also usually need time to recharge in a quiet environment. This is the reason why I really like remote work..it gives me a chance to do both.

I studied Marketing after high school, and since then I have held roles such as Administrator, Customer Service Executive, Research Assistant, Call Center Assistant and Sales Development Representative.

English is my preferred official language and I am an expert at it. I am excellent in both spoken and written English. I am also proficient with Microsoft Office and Hubspot CRM.

I enjoy providing solutions to clients, by being an attentive listener and providing the advise to solve any issues. Having worked in the above roles my greatest learning curve has been knowing how to interact with different people in a professional manner, towards a specified goal. A skill that only comes with experience and humility.

Over the last one year I have held a role as a Sales Development Representative and have successfully achieved my monthly quota targets for lead sourcing and qualification, updating the CRM.
