I’m someone who truly enjoys talking to people and making their day easier. For the past four years, I’ve worked in customer service and sales support, helping both regular customers and business clients solve problems, get quick answers, and feel taken care of. I have handled high-volume calls and emails, managed complaints, helped onboard new business partners, and supported different teams to keep everything running smoothly. What I love the most is that moment when someone comes in frustrated or confused, and after speaking with me, they feel calm, understood, and happy again.
In my roles at One Network Wellington Live, Glovo, and Chowdeck, I worked with hundreds of customers every week. I’ve listened to all kinds of issues delivery problems, account concerns, order mix-ups and I always tried to give clear, simple, and polite explanations. I’ve learned how to stay patient when things get stressful and how to fix issues quickly without making the customer feel rushed. Because of that, I consistently maintained 95%–98% satisfaction scores. I also enjoyed working closely with operations teams, improving response times, and training new partners. I like teamwork, and I like finding better ways to do things.
A big part of who I am also comes from my early sales experience. Yes, I do have real experience in cold calling and closing sales. I grew up helping in my family’s businesses, a consultation and concierge service, a drinks distribution business, and sewing machine sales. I was the one calling people, pitching our services, and following up. I learned how to speak confidently, how to handle objections, and how to close deals, especially with bulk drink orders and consultation clients. I started doing this at a very young age and continued until my sophomore year, and even though those businesses no longer operate, the skills stayed with me. It taught me confidence, persistence, and how to understand what a customer truly wants.
Now, I bring all of that together strong communication, problem-solving, sales confidence, and a warm attitude. I’m comfortable with tools like Zendesk, HubSpot, Intercom, Salesforce, and Gorgias. I learn fast, I stay organized, and I always try to make conversations feel easy and human. At the end of the day, my goal is simple which is to help people, build trust, and make sure every customer walks away with a good experience.
