Besides this, I have over ten years of experience in the customer service field applied in different businesses, four of them as a bilingual administrative and executive assistant and data entry specialist focused mostly on the property management and real estate industry and one year as the head of the onboarding department and assistant of the CRO and the VP of the business development department of a nationwide (U.S) property management company.
