I was a Customer Service Support for five years in a Call Center. With that five years I was able to acquire different skills like providing excellent customer service, knowing the customer's need behind the need and providing long term resolution.

Since, I switched to freelancing world I need to acquire skills necessary to become an efficient freelancer. I acquired Basic knowledge for SEO, WordPress,Social Media Management and lead generation.
