My career began as a radio newscaster and disc jockey, where I developed strong communication and public speaking skills. I then transitioned into customer service as a call center representative, gaining experience in problem-solving and client relations. Following that, I spent several years as a marketing and management teacher, honing my leadership and instructional abilities. More recently, I worked at Victoria’s Secret & Co., and I am currently employed at Coach, further enhancing my expertise in sales, customer engagement, and brand representation.
