I have 5 years experience in working for 5 different big companies such as 3 different Call Center company, 1 Online Teaching (Home Base) and 1 hotel Industry. I have the best oral communication towards clients, customers and students. I understand the method of basic transactions such as payments, credit card audits and more. I have knowledge about online reservation system from both Hotel and online reservation via Travel Agency (Priceline). I have good experience with Word, PowerPoint and basic understanding of Excel. I have experience in Video Editing and basic Photoshop skills.
