With over 8 years of combined experience in the customer service industry, including extensive remote work, and a proven passion for excellence and efficiency, I am confident that I am always an asset to my employers.

While much of my experience has been through phone calls, my transition to remote work allowed me to develop and refine clear, concise, and accurate reports, together with email and text cadences. I have continuously displayed excellence in the previous positions I have held, constantly meeting and exceeding the expectations of existing clientele through virtual meetings, phone calls, emails, and text messages.

When I was still in the BPO industry, under iQOR- AT&T, I was acknowledged as one of the top collections specialists for 3 consecutive months right after training and was then able to get promoted to a leadership position as an engagement manager. I transitioned to working with Teletech- Verizon and was able to be part of our Elite Circle, scoring 100% on CSAT scores and achieving sales quotas.

With my first remote work under Clipboard Health staffing services as an Accounts Receivable specialist, I was tasked by the Chief of Staff to handle a number of the Top 20 Corporate Clients and was able to achieve a weekly average collection of $1.5 million. After pursuing a new opportunity, I worked under FST CCS Inc.- KMB LLP, servicing TELUS as a first and third-party collections agency for over 2 years.

My experience managing corporate accounts and working directly with facility heads has provided me with a deep understanding of partners' needs, and I share this understanding with my team in order to improve our processes and services. I have held finance-related positions in most years of my career and would always triple-check all data and reports to maintain accuracy. As someone who has had extensive experience in the finance side of businesses, I always assure my employer and its clientele that all information is treated with utmost confidentiality.
