Graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Major in Marketing, from the University of the Philippines- Visayas, one of the premier universities in the Philippines. And I finished my degree while I was doing full-time jobs, mostly in the customer service industry.

My work experiences are mostly with the BPO and customer service industry. I have started working and honing my skills in the industry while I was still in college and have now an accumulated experience of almost 3 years. During the timeframe I was also promoted as an Engagement Ambassador of the company and for the specific account I was in, AT&T Collections. My role was not only revolving around employee engagement but also with recruitment. At the time when I was in the position, I was also various tasks such as quality assurance, leading a team, and also social media management and public relations.

Being in the customer service industry for more than two years have taught me to converse with customers with utmost respect, patience, and understanding. I have always given out solutions where I went an extra mile for them in order to clear up any issue or grant requests that are fit to the policies and standards of our clients.

The work that I was assigned were varying and have given me in-depth knowledge about most processes in a business. Before I became a technical support, I was also a customer care and loyalty support, and was also assigned to be a collections and billing specialist as well. There were sales quotas, and business and consumer accounts that I was able to save as well from being closed. Scheduling appointments at store were also a part of my job since there are customers who really are more comfortable with transacting with a live person instead of just doing things online, that is after I have given out all our self-serve options and also my on-the-phone assistance as well. And also sending out emails and text messages with confirmation of a recent order, a step-by-step process on transactions customersare inquiring about doing them on their own, appointments, account and plan changes, revised bill and next bill estimates, and also our recent promotions, and as well as customer COVID and disaster relief programs.

I have proven my flexibility and the skills that I have on this line of business, and now I am hoping that you would give me a chance on grabbing this great opportunity as well seeing the relevant relationship between my experience to this post.

Schedules are not a big issue for me as well since I have been doing night shifts ever since, and I am very open to any training that I need to attend. I am also resourceful and independent after I have mastered the basics, and the policies and standards of the business.
