In my two years as a customer service representative in an Airline industry I learned a lot of things. I learned how to be patient specially when I was dealing with irate customers or passengers. I learned how to empathized with them specially when they are having problem with their tickets. And also I learned how to work as a team, because for me team work is very important so if there is any misunderstanding between me and my team mates, I am always the one who makes up with them.
