I have been working on Customer Service for 2 years. In my tenure, I have acquired and developed skills that I am grateful to contribute to making any tasks or projects assigned to me to become successful. I have a proven strong track record on what I do. I am highly skilled and experienced in handling phone calls, and emails and have various working experiences from different industries mainly by handling customer service and administrative tasks like creating reports. I'm proficient in Microsoft Office and can do research and skip tracing related jobs using Google, Linkedin and can easily adapt to any tool that the client is using. For me to provide more services to clients I am also learning Data Entry, Product Listing, Product Research, Dropshipping, Basic Programming HTML and CSS, Canva, Photoshop, Basic Video Editing, Data Mining, and create a website using Wordpress.
