I am qualified for the job because I have a strong background in Customer Service for Inbound and Outbound for Marketing and Sales. What sets me apart from other is that I’m goal oriented, optimistic and hands on to things assign to me. I always put my best in everything I do. I had used my creativity and innovativeness to manage and adapt the stiff competition within my environment. My most recent work now is with an American credit repair company – “IDIALU.com”, to where we transfer people to Lexington Law to prequalify them to get mortgages, vehicles and personal loans. I started working in various BPO company in the Philippines since 2008 where I handled Customer Service and Sales. I worked with T-Mobile USA for 3 years where I specialized in handling customer complaints, billing issues, technical issues and inbound product selling. Working with T-Mobile became my foundation in providing great customer service and the experience to be excellent and professional. I’ve also work with Time Warner Cable for almost 2 years where I had most my experience in Inbound and Outbound Sales for TV, Internet and Phone Service. I’m also multi – skill for voice/chat support. I had also an experience in working in a Caregiver Institution, as an "Information Officer and a Clinical Instructor". I was responsible in Marketing, receiving phone calls, entertaining enrollees, motorcades, posting and endorsing our school in certain areas. I'm a teacher who is responsible to impart to a learner critical thinking, skill in decision- making, self-direction and self-reliance, plus the ability to search learning independently.. Now I’m looking to take my career to the next level and build a long term career that lets me focus on professional growth.
