Hi! My name is Michelle, you can call me Mich for short and simplier. I've worked in the BPO industry for over two years as a Customer Service Representative, i've also worked as a Content Moderator under Meta, handling FB and IG account. Also worked with Annotations as Facial Annotator for Social Media Virtual Reality. Recently, I worked as a Home health Customer Service Representative, doing Intake, Patient welcome calling, calling Primary Care Physician for concerns, answering inbound calls from patients and clinics, and faxing orders and POC to Hospital and Providers.
