I started may career as a Technical Support Associate at Concentrix Philippines. I worked there for 5 years and was promoted as Subject Matter Expert. We supports CenturyLink, one of an ISP in all states in the US. Troubleshooting internet connectivity on all of the customer's devices. As a subject matter expert, I am also taking escalation calls. After Concentrix, I decided to work in an ITO company, ATOS PH. In ATOS, we supports Johnson and Johnson end users for their technical issues may it be hardware or software. Then, after a year, I decided to work for Crawford and Company as US Service Desk Level III. This pretty sums up my experiences in an Information Technology Field.
