About

I started working as a Resource consultant sourcing experienced individuals in Information Technology. I started learning about technical positions and what they involve. I had to question many of these individuals to find out what they understood in order to make sure that I placed the right individuals in roles in the Public, Private and Non-Governmental sectors.

Earlier in my career, I worked in Human Resources support within the banking and finance industry. This role sharpened my advisory skills, as I regularly assisted branch managers with employment matters, staff training plans, and compliance with HR policies and legislation. It was here that I developed a solid foundation in employment law and people management practices.

In my previous role within the Artificial Intelligence sector, I worked closely with recruitment teams to support large-scale hiring initiatives for major events. This included coordinating candidate pipelines, managing logistics, and ensuring an efficient and professional experience for all stakeholders. This foundation gave me a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and the importance of aligning talent with organizational goals.

Working in the Education space, I was able to work with graduates from different fields such as Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering and Banking and Finance. This assisted me in developing relationships with various stakeholders who wanted to provide opportunities to the graduates through internship or entry-level positions.

As a Careers Engagement Consultant at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, I was responsible for onboarding graduates, promoting career programs, and consulting with businesses on internship strategies and retention planning. I also developed platforms for employer branding—providing companies with avenues to promote their opportunities directly to student audiences. These responsibilities required a deep understanding of workforce planning and talent pipeline development.

I am also a (Human Resource Certification Institute) HRCIand remain committed to professional development and HR best practices. I am confident in my ability to collaborate across teams, develop people-focused strategies, and provide tailored HR solutions in any organization.

I view myself as an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the accounting industry. Skilled in Negotiation of contracts, Graduate Recruitment, Administration, Management, and Interviewing. Additionally, I am a strong community and social services professional with a Master of Human Resource Management.
