I am currently working as an order fulfillment specialist where attention to detail is highly required. Before that I was a customer service representative for 14 years in the Business Process Outsourcing industry, I maintain an efficient and functional work environment helping a wide range of U.S customers by answering their inquiries from calls received, call clients for data gathering, take escalated calls to diffuse, frequent web research, creating letters to customers to provide them with the requirements. I also have experience creating and editing documents using Microsoft tools for training purposes and as a product reference tool and mentoring and training new hires. I have attained excellent verbal and written English communication skills, great attention to detail skills. I have mastered Research skills and I am a fast-learner that accepts challenges to continue to enhance and learn more skills.
