I started as a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative providing phone support for different US based companies (Comcast, Mediacom, CenturyLink and Time Warner Cable) in a Business Process Outsourcing industry and then became a subject matter expert and floor support. My task is troubleshooting of cable TV/internet/phone services, bill explanation, bill disputes, and sales. I have been in a BPO industry for 8 years when I decided to resign and started as a freelancer in February 2016 as a Virtual Assistant for different clients. I have worked as a Back-office administrator for an Australian Real Estate company where I did common administrative tasks like proofreading, data entry, and data evaluation.
